The ten (10) counties comprising the West Central Florida Section will be comprised of three (3) Local Interference Committees (LICs) and will provide assistance to another amateur related RFI complaints. Each LIC shall consist of at least a Section appointed Voluntary Council (VC), Official Observer (OO) and a technical specialist (TS) and any others appointed by the Section Official Observer Coordinator (OOC).
The following LIC districts have been established within the West Central Florida Section:
TAMPA BAY AREA LIC: Hillsborough, Pasco & Pinellas Counties
GULF COAST AREA LIC: Charlotte, Desoto, Manatee & Sarasota Counties
INLAND AREA LIC: Hardee, Highlands & Polk Counties
After an on-line RFI Interference Complaint Form has been submitted, it will be assigned, by the Section OOC to the appropriate area Local Interference Committee (LIC), for further investigation.
It is the Policy of the Section Official Observer Coordinator (OOC) to keep all investigations confidential!
